Return Policy
1. Overview
At Chunloresymlixar, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. This Return Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which you can return products.
2. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, such as an email to clients@chunloresymlixar.world.
After notifying us about withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
- Condition: Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- Packaging: Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt must be provided
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been partially or fully consumed
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused by the customer
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
This limitation applies particularly to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at clients@chunloresymlixar.world with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Withdrawal (change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective or incorrect products: We will cover return shipping costs
- Damaged during shipping: We will cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement
7. Refunds
7.1 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This includes:
- Credit card payments: Refunded to the same card
- Bank transfers: Refunded to the originating account
- Other payment methods: As supported by the payment provider
7.2 Refund Amount
We will refund the full product price including standard delivery costs (if applicable). If you chose express delivery, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.
7.3 Processing Time
- Refund processing: Within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first
- Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- Keep all original packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately
- Do not open the incorrect product
- We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment provider
- Contact your credit card company (processing can take time)
- Contact your bank (there may be processing delays)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us
11. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at clients@chunloresymlixar.world.
